M. Ohberg has a dual degree from the University of Georgia in Spanish Language and Literature and Latin American and Caribbean Studies and a Master in Applied Linguistics from New York University. She worked for two years as a Language Assistant in the Spanish public educational system and is currently an English teacher at a private academy in Jaén.
